Jon was very thorough and listened to my problems with interest. He answered all of the questions I had. He even researched some answers for me. He is great. The boy who brought my car around for me was great too. His name is Gage. He was very courteous and polite.

Always a job well done, as someone whom always preferred to do his own work on his vehicles I appreciate the peace of mind knowing an experienced technician is providing me a valued service. I feel for everyone in the automotive field knowing how non-understanding individuals can react not knowing the time and dedication it takes to provide these services. Not just well done OUTSTANDING JOB. Joe kept me briefed of the problem projected time to fix. Then he kept me apprised of the actual progress to return to service. I consider this a significant service differentiator for Darlings. Just another element of the reason I have and continue to buy from Darlings. Many sell cars BUT Joe leads the service excellence for Darlings. GREAT JOB. Thank you

One issue: Not comfortable at all with no masking. No social distancing either. Too many people in the waiting lounge for no masking. It should be mandatory.
