Joe was able to get my truck in the shop, diagnosed and both issues fixed within a few hours on the same day. This is very helpful to me since I live 2 hours away.

Had scheduled appointment at 1:30p and left the dealership at about 5:45p for just an oil change and alignment. Shouldn’t of been able to schedule a 1:30p appointment if it was going to take so long for two basic services. James was not clear on charges upfront. I signed for $349 plus tax and ended up paying $387.59 plus tax. I wish all of the charges were clear to me upon signing. Also, my tires were set at 35 psi all around and this was not discussed. I’ve always set my tire pressure to owners manual spec for over 6 years of ownership of the vehicle. Last, before I drive away my oil gauge in the MMI was down about half the oil to Max level. This is unacceptable and will be communicated to Audi of America. The car has a dipstick as well. This should of been checked before releasing the vehicle to me. All of this happened on my first visit to Audi Lakeland, unacceptable! I explained to James that this dealership was the nearest to my home…30 miles away and I was trying to build a new relationship! Such a disappointment! The communication was unacceptable, time spent at dealership was too long, and to potentially damage my engine with not enough oil is very disappointing. Not one time did James apologize or offer anything to make it right. Terrible customer service!

In the past any time that my Audi S3 had service it was always washed and detailed. This time I was expecting the same with my Q5. I was very disappointed to see that my car was not detailed at all, the exterior or interior.

It’s the small details. My car was supposed to be washed and it wasn’t. It still had the plastic covering on the seat and steering wheel from the mechanic that worked on it. No big deal but disappointing.

I had great experience with Edmonds. He is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He continuously have updated me on the status/progress of my car. I left the office with smile on my face and felt i got value for my Money. Edmonds… Keep up the great work and keep ROCKING!!!
