James and Drew were awesome. James for his excellent service , courtesy and patience as he assisted with getting work that I needed paid by warranty. Drew for going the extra mile and dropping off the loaner keys to my house.
I would also like to thank Blane, the technician who serviced my Audi A6 2014. Overall, an A plus experience, with superb service. Thank you.
