William was extremely patient and helpful to me in my several contacts with him. He kept in touch regarding the progress of appointment, explained all that was accomplished during the service appointment and how the recalls fixes should resolve the issues I experienced with my TAOS. He also helped me with some operational features of the car and facilitated the return of the loaner car. Great employee and great service!

Andrew never called or sent text update about my car. I called 3 times and he was always unavailable and never called back. He never replied to my text message either. I had to find out my car is ready from the phone service receptionist. No service advisor ever called me. There were several items that were listed in the service summary that I declined when it was actually never mentioned ie. front and back windshield wipers that could have been replaced while my car was there. I asked him to check if there was any oil leaks and never got an answer nor was it stated in the inspection summary. This is by far the worst lack of communication from a service advisor. We have bought a Q7 from You and have been bringing both our Q7s here for service. Appreciation of Customer loyalty should still mean something in this business.
