Eric is professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He literally knocked my socks off! He looked up Ford Pass points and told me I had money to spend, he looked up my VIN and let me know I had a premium service plan and helped me understand how to use it, I needed a back floor mat and he escorted me to parts, and he made sure they fixed a recall that didn’t come in the mail until today! All around super helpful and I will be returning gladly for my next service appointment.

My visit was projected to take 2.5 hours and I was there for 5.5, which completely ruined the plans I had set for the day. It isn't Jacky's fault necessarily, but I'm rethinking future service with you if my visits continue to be unreliable.

Joe and Cooper both did a superb job of making sure that my tire leak was fixed even when they didn’t have very much time to work on it.It’s that kind of service that really wows the customer.

James was great but your service techs are just parts changers they dont trouble shoot the issue to a particular part but rather want to change everything in that area to solve the problem..Diagnostics was a joke.
