I would like to thank him for getting me in to get my oil change. I was told at scheduling I would have to wait till December 14 and this would be for my first oil change. And William heard that and got me this afternoon. I greatly appreciate it and I hope he has a wonderful Thanksgiving and holidays!

Jeff was great! He greeted me by name as I came into the shop, he updated the progress on my service about halfway through, and he answered my questions when he came to tell me that my car was ready.
