SIMEON did a wonderful job from greeting me when I walked in to following up by phone. They worked very hard to find what caused the various emergency lights to go on and the seatbelt sign to say they were not on when they were on. They couldn’t find the reason for the warning and malfunction lights. they worked closely with the Audi computer department. They did their best but somehow there was no finding what caused the problem. Paul Bright, my salesman even got involved and talk to me by phone and that was very reassuring. I love everything about this dealership. This is not a dealership problem or a service problem. This is an Audi problem and an Audi capital USA needs to do better.

Appt was supposed to take 45 minutes. Near 90 minute mark I tracked down service advisor and she was surprised to find that car was done and nobody told her so I could get on with my day.

I arrived at my appointment at 10:30 and was told by Stefano that I was to wait for the person that was serving someone else while he sat and did some other job. The service manager, who saw me standing there was too busy chatting on his cell phone to bother to provide any service. After 15 minutes of standing there my wife went and got the sales manager who suddenly realized that multiple people have simply walked by me, ignoring the fact that I was not receiving service. Stefano, who had initially said that someone else should take care of me suddenly became my service agent. I thought that the treatment of a client that spent over $3000 at your dealership should’ve been vastly better.
