Starters you quoted over 1600.00 dollars for the repair. Parts for that repair are 1/10 overall price and you said 4 hours when other shops qouted 1 1/2 hour . So a reputable shop right down the street is dining whole job for 378.00 basically showing your dealers ethics and price gouging.Social media is a powerful tool! Thanks though good luck

Roberto Huerta is a very exceptional employee who had very good social skills along with knowledge. Customer service was excellent and while waiting I was still greeted by Gerry in sales, who introduced himself and took the time to show me the new Audi models. Mr.Fachinetti was wonderful! He was extremely professional and attentive. My professional experience is customer service and provides that. I was impressed with both the salesmen as I waited for my vehicle. Mr. Dennis went above and beyond showing me the 2024 Audi Q8, answering all of my questions. Again, I was very appreciative. I was NOT impressed with the Service Manager, who stood next to me on three occasions and didn't speak, including while he was addressing a concern with my vehicle, again while standing next to me. Poor customer service. I assume he simply had a lot on his mind during my visit. Thank you!

As an Audi driver and Audi service customer for 25 years, this was an extremely frustrating experience. Not only do I feel my concerns were not addressed, my car was returned to me with the Check Engine light on (which was not the case when I dropped off). I had paid for a $250 diagnostic for TPMS malfunction and was told that I needed to pay an additional $250 since the Check Engine scan was not included in the diagnostic that was performed. I felt well taken care of as a customer at Audi Service where I kept this car previously in Naples and Washington. I am in the market for a new car and this certainly makes me rethink the brand allegiance I had to Audi.
