Sino and the Audi team were absolutely wonderful. They were 100% accommodating to me as I needed a loaner vehicle to drive to Milwaukee. The team provided me with the loaner to drive to Milwaukee and then drove out my finished car to Milwaukee when it was done the next day. My car was in incredible shape. I’m extremely grateful and happy for this service. Lastly, the team helped work with me to get the price down due to recalls. Thank you!!!!

While we haven’t received our car back yet to confirm repairs ok, the up front service of getting us a loaner and explanation of process was excellent. Will be returning rental vehicle Monday morning early.

The tires were rotated but apparently the tire pressures were not checked because almost immediately upon leaving after the service, the low tire pressure light came on. I did not have time to return and wait for someone to be made available to check them. I went to Costco and used their self service air pump which airs the tires according to the setting you choose, 35 for front tires and 38 for the rear tires according to the specs in the door.

I brought my car in because the check engine light is on + the car had a misfire on cylinder 2. The mechanic recommended scraping of intake valve as the solution for a total cost of $6,000. I have never heard of this type of solution for a car that only has 23,000 mi on it. Normally you would replace a spark plug and or a coil pack. The car is well inside his factory warranty. Needless to say, we will not be spending $6,000!!!! This sure feels a lot like gouging!!

There was a wait for the parts for my Q5 to arrive. Tony did an awesome job of keeping me informed on the status of the parts, and geeting my repairs scheduled as soon as the parts arrived.

Only negative of entire service experience was not learning of the 3 percent charge for credit card until payment. I couls have paid by check if told earlier.
