Arameh took excellent care of my car situation. He addressed my needs with creative solutions in order to make sure my car issue didn’t affect my ability to show up for my daughter’s birthday party. He was calm, professional, compassionate, and kind in the problem solving, auto repair arrangements, and overall exceptional customer service. Each interaction with him keeps me a loyal Audi customer. I hope you all know what an asset he is to the company !!

I do not need a call. I wasn't completely satisfied because I wasn't explained what was done in the car at the end of the day and I also requested to have the car plugged and was return with almost all the battery drained, when it arrived almost full. You will think it's been parked and off while maintained but we really don't know do we? I don't know what was done to the car other than what was in the invoice of the extra package I purchased. It will be nice if they could pay more attention to detail like back in the day, go above and beyond like when Mr Green was who I was really happy with all the time. Last two times I've been there, service has been mediocre at best.
