Invoice included fees for things never discussed with me and not explained such as “miscellaneous.” Receptionist and I had a lengthy conversation about services I was to receive when I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived all of the services I was planning on were changed. Work ran later than I was originally told so I had to cancel another appointment that day. Then they couldn’t even wash my car because they said it was too late. Left trash in my car. Overpriced. I paid almost $600 for basic maintenance. I was quite dissatisfied with everything that ensued.

My service advisor did a great job. However, when I got my vehicle back, all the seat and carpet covers, etc. were left in a heap in my vehicle. Additionally, the heat and radio were started blasting as soon as I turned the vehicle on.

I believe that Volkswagen should have paid for this major repair since our 2015 Passat TDI SEL Premium has only 87,000 miles on it.
