Jaylene kept me informed every step of the way. Just a small thing the inspection due light was not reset to turn off however when I called the person who answered the phone was very apologetic and I will bring the car in tomorrow to take care of it!

I appreciate Darlings getting my car in unscheduled due to tire failure I had. Liam is a very thorough customer service rep. It was of no fault of his own that the tire replacement policy he had described didn’t come through. I do question why Audi or Darlings would advertise a tire replacement insurance that only covers repairable tires. It just doesn’t make sense so Liam was put in a position to call me the next day to let me know the tire replacement costs would be on me. I was also a little frustrated that when my car was returned to me the jack/tools/rear luggage compartment wasn’t reset to its storage conditions. Granted it wasn’t brought in that way but still. they put the spare back but nothing else. And I’ll be honest this last gripe was probably just frustration that I had to pay for the tire. But still.
