I had a coupon that was valid and when I booked the appointment 2 weeks out the girl said she would note the coupon and for me to bring it to the appointment. The man would not accept the coupon stating that prices had gone up so they could no longer accept the coupon.

Day beforeyesterday, after I got my service done, the tire sign came up again. This was the main reason we went here to begin with. Also, I had coupon and I forgot to show it at the time of payment, so the next day I went there and show they said we cannot accept I was disappointed when I heard that from Audi. I found it to be a little unreasonable that this occurred and would love for this promotion of mine to be reconsidered.
