Randy iswas the very best helping me get tires that I needed for a big trip. Paul Bright was also a great assist in my learning the navigation system. Both are the best ever.

Randy was so helpful and polite. I set an appointment expecting to wait a few hours. He knew who I was as soon as I walked in and helped me right away. He also helped me with the sales department to fix my Audi app.

Jaylene was fine. But my issue is that my car was not repaired. I have now paid over $400 just to drive away with the exact same problem with my car. I was sold an extended warranty at this dealership that stipulates repairs must be performed there to be covered. Come to find out the brake issue is not even covered by the extended warranty and when I paid out of pocket, it was still not fixed! Audi is supposed to be a higher end vehicle and yet I’m driving around with a squeaky car. A huge disappointment

James made it easy for me to service my vehicle by offering to pickup and dropp off of my vehicle. I was informed every step of the process. From receiving my vehicle and during every step of the services completed, to making payments and drop off. I did not have to leave work or sit for hours. Thank you.

Side note - It would be nice if the plastic and other protective products were removed from the interior of the vehicle once the technician is done.
