Words could not describe enough how a customer feels that Jacky is very good invested in his line of work. He is consistent, gives you full attention, has great attention to details, honest, all the good stuff! Just pure excellent customer service. If he isn’t promoted to a higher position yet in the industry, I think it’s time. His work ethic seems amazing. Huge asset to the company he is working with!

Interaction and communication with the staff was great (as it usually is), nothing bad to say about any of them. But check engine light came on again when I was half way home. Over last 5-6 months Touareg has been in Darlings care more often than in mine. And despite VW being required per FTC settlement to provide a loaner, it’s only last 2 weeks that one has been available. Can’t really blame Darlings for the VW emissions issues my Touareg has had but Darlings IS THE VW dealer.

It took extremely too long for services 4 hrs for a oil change and I added wiper blades & tire rotation

Joseph was very thorough with communicating the mechanical issues to correct the problems. Price estimates were provided to eliminate any shock to my budget prior to performing needed repairs. I very satisfied with the price and the prompt service.
