Andrew Alhambra provided an excellent service: questions were answered clearly, updates on the status of my car were given q day till my car is ready for pick up., reasonable price (I was given a discount) and Morton grove Audi provided an Uber for transportation to pick up my car. I came for a oil top up, was told no charge, car was taken in, and then i was told looking at the history of the car there is a $12 cost which eventually was $16 out of door. In all these years I never paid for a oil top up, was told Audi charges you guys back, on the bill it stated labor charge. This is ridiculous in terms of getting $ from people by misleading them. I am going to write about this on the online google and yelp forums soon, $16 is not at all a big amount, i get bothered by lies.

A mechanic got a grease stain on the driver seat of my truck. Thankfully I have fitted seat covers. I’ll have to throw it out and by a new one.
