Good morning Mr. Green I am not pleased with the service I received Saturday February 26th 2022. Before dropping my vehicle off my engine light was not on, my tracking light was not on and also my TPMS light was not on as well. Also my car truck was not jerking and was not sounding like a 18 wheeler when I dropped it off, the only issue I had with my vehicle besides an oil change was that my reverse light on my passenger side needed to be replaced. I am going to need you all to correct the problems that happened after I dropped my vehicle off because I couldn't drive it until yesterday to notice these issues due to the fact I was in quarantine due to covid. Failure to resolve my concerns I will be taking further actions.

When I booked the appointment online I had made a note that I would like to have a remote start installed. I completely understand that the dealership doesn’t do that but I booked the appointment a full month ago. Would have appreciated someone letting me know sooner than when I arrived at the dealership for my appointment. The loaner car I received had crumbs and some larger things on the front floor mats. I reached down to pick one of the items up and throw it away and it was very sharp…cut my finger! Would have been good to receive a clean car. I received a cute automated text message from my service rep saying if I needed anything to reply to the message. I replied but didn’t get a response. Later that day, I left a message with a gentleman that answered the phone to ask her to call me - he said she would return my call in 10 minutes….still no call back. I called later in the day and was told she had gone home for the day. I said no problem, I will call tomorrow. I called the next day and turns out it was her day off. She called me the following day and let me know she did not receive any of my messages…she doesn’t check the text messages. Everything turned out fine and everyone I interacted with was very polite but it seems like the processes there can use some help. Thank you!

My service was accomplished in a timely fashion. My service writer was punctual and very courteous. It is a pleasure doing business with a dealership like Darlings

Randy was great and they performed the job in a timely manner. My only frustration was how service and parts can’t talk to each other. They required that I call back in to check availability of the tire. This seems like a strange way to do customer service at a luxury dealership. Never had this issue with my 2 previous Mercedes.

Jeff did a great job getting me on this morning. For whatever reason, whoever made my appointment did not put a time in. I had it for 8am and was going to wait for my truck. Jeff was able to squeeze me in and get me through as quickly as possible.

Jeffrey is spectacular! Can't wait to do his review. On my way out, my sales person recognized the truck and me. He approached me and addressed me by my name. This speaks volumes of how much your customers really do matter to the Darling's family and how much the employees of Darlings really care about their company..still in shock..
