Jacky is always super helpful and kind. Darlings always gets my maintenance done quick and I never have a problem with what they’ve done to my car. It’s a bit expensive, but the quality is worth the price. I also appreciate that they have someone who can chauffeur you somewhere while you wait for your car, and if you choose to stay their waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Love the outlets everywhere and the modern style.

Poor communication. Car was supposed to be in for a 1 day job that ended up taking 3 days. Parts were ordered in an untimely manner and was not notified that the car was ready for pick up when job was completed.

Only negative is to have the car washed prior to arriving for pick up. The last two times I left my car over the weekend and they knew the time I expected to pick up. Both times I arrived and then had to wait at least 45 minutes for it to be washed. Otherwise, very happy with service. Gary’s great!
