Eric did a very good job of taking care of my vehicle. I will have no problem coming back and dealing with him. On a side note. I did think it was pretty buddy when he came out and said my lug nuts were swollen. Not realizing that it was an actual problem. After I left I thought about that and laughed really hard

I brought my car in on Monday morning at 7:45am and didn’t hear anything from anyone all day. I wasn’t expecting to have the car there all day and on top of it not getting a phone call to let me know that the car hasn’t been seen all day would have been nice cause I was out of car to get to work the next day.

Thank you for taking care of me - it’s no fun to have no AC in Florida, and you squeezed me into the schedule when locations closer to me could not. James was attentive and thorough, and went out of his way to help. Thank you!!

The carwash could have been completed a little better though. Mainly on drying the vehicle as numerous large water stains were splattered throughout the vehicle exterior indicating a rush job.

William O’Rourk is excellent! One word describes William: “He Cares “! He will get to the bottom of the problem with your Audi. I love my Audi A7 and William knows that.
