I think you were over priced for just an oil change $177 I will not take my car there again as it also toke almost 2 1/2 hours to do I do understand there might have being other vehicles there but no one came by and asked me any questions or even given me an update

Very poor communication and loss of an iPhone cable. From the outset you all cancelled our appointment and promised to reschedule. But we had to chase you. Then you promised a 3-4 hour recall repair; instead it was two days. Then as I was leaving I noticed the iPhone cable was gone. No accountability. Very poor showing. Andrew was pleasant and friendly. McGrath experience v disappointing. Two stars out of five. One of the worst car service experiences in the last 20 years.

Randy and all the service professionals, team members, and the mechanics at McGrath Audi are the best. Always an excellent experience for us with our vehicle.

VW should be proud to have Jacky working on their team. He is a wonderful service manager and makes sure that no matter what, the job is taken care of the BEST way possible. I’m very thankful to have his knowledge when I have an issue, and he ALWAYS answers the phone within seconds when I call. Very appreciative of his customer service!

Jacky and Darlings are the only place I consider going. Anytime I'm here I look for Jacky for help. If he's not there I'm disappointed. By far the most able, helpful service writer on the team.

Jeffrey makes me a priority and I just adore than man! He is what makes me come back. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and he goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer. I feel spoiled when I go in for maintenance on my Flex and plan on continuing my car needs there. All the staff are very knowledgeable from the boys in the drive in to the service and parts dept. They never disappoint. Well done!
