I have no issues with Randy. Randy is great!
Unfortunately my service engine lite is back on and a message stating “Audi pre sense currently limited” is on again as well.
So I’ll be calling to try to get this resolved once more.

You did not provide me with a rental vehicle, you did not communicate with me at all throughout the process and I was even lied to about certain things. This was the worst experience at a dealership in my entire life!
