It took 3hrs for a simple oil change made me missed other appointments because of that. I also presented a coupon that was sent to me and I don't believe it was apply to my bill. Been your all client for many yrs years now..I used to go over by Audi of Orlando but I preferred you over them. Other customers who came after me left before me..how do you explain that. Hope next time you will better.

This is the second survey you asked me to respond to about the same service appointment. Andrew was great! I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service area because when I got my car back after having new tires installed, there was sealant all over the rims and tires. They looked a mess. I would have thought the wheels would have been cleaned up before the car was returned to me.
