Notified me my car was ready so I return to pick it up, but am told it’s not ready yet. Had to wait additional 30 minutes until I could actually leave. Then I get home and the cap on my tire used to add or remove pressure is missing.

James was outstanding. He called me 5 days ahead of my scheduled appointment to tell me he had the tires I ordered online from Audi Tire Center, and could put them on today! I was at work at the time, so James arranged for a pickup from my place of employment. Aside from the service ready when promised, James ordered for a suspension inspection to protect my investment. I’ve been to Lakeland Audi numerous times, and never leave disappointed.

Gerald is the best and greatest part of service team. If he wasn't there I think I would go to different audi. He is compassionate understanding and very professional yet he treats you like family.

It took to long to get an appointment to get my truck in. However I was told that if I brought my truck down and left it they would try to work it in. That was good. The first week nothing was accomplished. I was told that someone would keep me informed about the progress. That did not happen. Joe was away on vacation during that first week. We had a lot of pressure because we had plans to go on vacation for three weeks, leaving May first.
I really didn’t like having to call every day from the second Wednesday through Friday. I do feel that Joe was the key at getting things done for me. My major concern is I have a business and my truck is a big part of the business and I was out of commission for almost two weeks. I have never had that difficulty getting in before. Something needs to be done to get customers in and out in a more timely manner. I understand the need for parts was a concern. Like so many business today they are failing to meet the needs of their customers. I have always been very satisfied with the work done on my truck, but the down time was to long. Gardner S
