Excellent service on 40,000 mile service. James Green is outstanding, a very positive person with excellent customer service skills. He puts a bright spot in your day. He’s a good listener, addressing every detail of concern. A great representative for Audi.

I bought new all season tires and had them installed. When I got the car back, the rims and tires were covered with white sealant. They looked a mess. I would have thought the service area would clean up the wheels after installing the tires. I was a bit disappointed.

Randy pointed out a number of important factors to me including not taking my car for an air test until I’d driven the car 50 miles or so so the new battery could reset

POOR POOR BAD BAD Service. Had a 9 AM appointment. They took my car and placed in the back lot I waited 3 1/2 hours for for a 10 minute inspection never happened **** SERVICE
