If I had a complaint it would be that Cooper was too optimistic. When I called he told me it would be ready in a couple hours. It was actually not ready for several hours. I do appreciate the effort.

This was the worst service I ever received. I'll travel to Tampa or Orlando before I ever go back to Lakeland. Horrible experience!!!!

Gerald was excellent however he was not provided the ability to offer me a loaner vehicle during the service. This was the first time a loaner was not provided to me at Orland Park Audi. Disappointing drop in the level of service.
