I walked in with a screw in my tire not expecting to get it taken care of same day. One of your team members, Liam (I believe his name was) went above and beyond to get me right in and taken care of. So very grateful, I have always been treated well here and it’s a driving factor in keeping me a loyal Ford customer!

Randy was outstanding. But not just during this service. I brought the car in for other service issues a few months ago and he was so professional and helpful.
What has really impressed me is his knowledge of the business, the vehicles and the service Dept. He is top shelf and clearly an asset to your dealership and service Dept.
Also, he always called me back and kept me in the loop. I will never take my car for service to any other place. Please thank him for his exceptional service.
