Jonathan himself was very good and communicated each day he was at work. However, when he wasn’t there, I was unable to reach anyone for 2 days to find out what was going on with my car. Seems the servoce department is in need of help or something

As always, Jacky was friendly, courteous, and completely knowledgable. When a valve stem broke off, he explained the pressure monitoring system with the sensor inside the wheel behind the stem and that in an older TT such as mine, the entire unit had to be replaced. Stems are now modular and can be replaced separately, and plastic to lessen corrision.
