Randy was extremely nice, but the conditions they returned my car weren’t. They fixed something on my sunroof and they returned my car with all the mess inside, they didn’t vacuum the leftovers from drilling, and the ceiling of the car was all full of oil stains and fingerprints. Do better, it was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I appreciate the thorough and clear communication that Randy provided again as I returned for service on my vehicle. Although he was out due to illness when I dropped off, he reached out to ensure my vehicle was in good hands. He followed-up later to give details of what was being looked at as well as what was being attended to. Randy represents my expectation of the quality service behind the Audi brand. I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness, and I expect that I will continue to visit McGath (Morton Grove) for any service needs, and appreciate the efforts in building customer relationships.
