I was emailed a 10am appointment time and when I got there at 945, Jeff kindly told me my appointment was at 11am. He was very apologetic and even have me a gift card after my appointment because I had to come back at 11.

Communication is horrible, never knew when to expect our vehicle back. Hard to get in touch with service rep, no return calls.

Completely satisfied with my vehicle and the entire darlings service team. Has been this way the entire 51/2 years we have owned the truck. Topped off my service with a fantastic wash job on my truck. Could not wish for more. Thank you Jeff And the entire team.
