It took awhile but finally found the problem after 1&1/2 years

I needed urgent service due to engine oil warning light on and you guys took care of it right away within 15-20 mins. Thank you so much !

After being sent the link to approve or defer recommended repairs, I gave James Green a call to discuss options that were vital versus options that were simply suggestions. After letting James know I needed to talk to my wife about the repairs, we agreed I would call back to let him know my thoughts. When I called back, I deferred all repairs simply getting the Audi service included in my purchase plan. When I arrived the next day to pick up my car, James attempted to charge me $250 because the technician mounted a tire on the rim and balanced it before I approved or deferred the repairs. After explaining to him that I did not agree to this and that it was not my fault that he had the technician do this before I agreed, he removed the charge, but I found it very irritating that he would try to charge me for something I never agreed to and was clearly a mistake that he made. I will not be visiting this location again.
