I brought my 2023 Etron sprtback to get the windshield replaced and the recalled charger replaced which was NOT DONE.
The windshield tapes were still left in the car including the steering wheel cover and the floor cover used when car was worked on. Nothing was cleaned and I was given the key to take my car from the lot. Very disappointing.
I still did not get a satisfactory answer for why the wheels needed alignment on a call with just 6k miles on a windshield replacement since insurance did not cover it.
Finally I shared with Ryan the coverage from my insurance and he did nothing with it. I was still charged $2k while the insurance covered $934 only. He said he will discuss with the manager and nothing happened !

Everyone was very nice and professional so nothing against the staff. I rearranged my morning routine to drive an hour to get my SOS light fixed on a brand new RS6. I sat there for 3 hours and then was told a ticket was opened with another vendor to resolve the issue and an update should fix it in two days. Drive an hour back and got stuck in traffic which made it longer.
