Service representative was out in the afternoon so it was difficult to get a status update. Other service representatives were not helpful. Late that afternoon, we learned the car had to be kept overnight but we could stop by as early as 7 am to pick it up. We arrived at 8:30 but were told it was not ready. We challenged the team and they determined it was ready. Overall internal communication needs to be improved. And finally, most other Audi dealerships return a washed car. Ours was not washed.

Ryan was great to work but when I left the dealership a few minutes later my low tire pressure light went on as well as the oil being at just ok level when I was supposed to have a oil change and certified inspection.

I bought my car in for a manufacturers warranty update. I was told that the service or whatever the repair or whatever had to be done would take an hour to two hours. I bought it in at 9 o’clock, and I told the representative that I would actually be back at 12. He said oh it’ll be easily done by 11 when I got there at 12:30 the car was not done. He said it would be a while yet, I noticed when we we so we waited for 15 minutes and went back and he said no it’s not ready yet so we waited for further 15 minutes and came out in the car was there I said don’t wash it because I need to go and we were now at one to 115 the car obviously been left outside because it had bird poop all over it so I know I was very dissatisfied with your ability to do something that we should’ve only taken an hour or two and 3 to 4 hours later, it’s still mean it was done but not but not to my satisfaction. Thank you.

All went fine. Surprised you are charging for credit card use now. Some of recommended repairs were done but still ended up on the current evaluation (alignment and motor mounts in my case). Timing of service was about an hour longer than quoted.

The male who assisted me , Steve?, was so courteous and kind. It was my first time coming to the dealer for service and I’m glad he was the one who helped me.

Stefano and the Tech, Vianney Núñez, did an excellent job tracking down a hard-to-find AC leak. I'm confident in the repair and with their evaluation of the cause of the leak. I will be bringing my car back for future service.
