Jaylene is great to work with. She handles my 2 Audi’s very well.
Two things: The $250 fee for each service issue seems to be a dealer mandated item and it is rarely helpful to the diagnosis. Second and just a comment, the service charge to use a credit card is clearly a profit motivated decision and I suspect the dissatisfaction from your customer base is not worth it. I can pay for the majority of my purchases without a fee. Think about it.
