I am still awaiting my maintenance plan paperwork. I realize that’s a “BIG” Audi thing though. The dealership has been generally very decent overall. Very nice people.

All good…. Loaner car needed gas and although a great Q8… nice car, needs a little detailing on the interior.

Stefano was so helpful and went the extra mile by getting me an Uber home and back to the dealership. The only disappointment was how long it took to find the problem and fix it. Dropped my car off at 8:00 and didn’t hear anything until after 2:00. Overall a good experience.
