I went in with a check engine light on. Was told it would take longer than usual to identify the code to be waiting in the lobby. Richard immediately offered the Uber service provided. Not only that he stayed on top of what my car needed once said code was identified. Richard called me to let me know what part it needed , how long it would take to get it, and have it replaced. Luckily it was much faster than anticipated.As soon as my car was ready I received a phone call and I was on my way.

Associate was wonderful. However no one up until 6 mos ago mentioned that our tires had not been rotated. We paid for service as part of our lease, and why almost 3 years later why are we hearing this info? Why would we need new tires with 20,00 miles? Such bad customer service. We were apparently misled!

Confusing - said there was something else with the car but he couldn't say because he "couldn't upsell warranty stuff". Plus I was charged a credit card fee which seems to be a bit of "nickel and diming" from an Audi dealership.

The oil change was performed correctly I believe and the car was cleaned which I appreciate. One of the items I mentioned was that the 1 older tire on the vehicle was losing air. I have a warranty. It was an issue w/the other tires. Instead I was informed that there was nothing 'in the tire" as in a nail. I had filled the tire before I came in. Since brining in the vehicle in for service the tire sensors no longer work reliably - no prob had existing with them before. I'm attempting a fix suggested on an Alfa forum. It may be that there are no Alfa techs. I don't want to drop it off for a day to solve a problem created by the service tech and am a bit put off by how my tire warranty issues addressed.

I wanted my seat belt strips fixed they are twisted. They did absolutely NOTHING. When I asked the service guy about it he said they didn't so it because it wasn't under warranty. N it could cost me like 2k to fix. I felt insulted, like he was trying to say I couldn't affotd to fix! The service at this audi location ****@!!!

She was awesome! Best service tech I’ve had there. I’ve been complaining about the MMI on my car since I’ve had it. No body did anything until her. She’s great!!
