Simeon is a great service advisor, he commincated updates prompty and answered any questions i had quickly. I feel like ue really went above and beyond. Being able to communicate via text is a huge improvement over only being able to make phone calls

The service representative, Christian, did a good job explaining the recommended service. My big problem is with the fee to pay for the service with a credit card. This is unacceptable. Based on this policy, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
