Always exceeds expectations of service! Joe had all the answers to my questions, has an actual working knowledge of the mechanical process for my vehicle and secured a loaner vehicle in anticipation of extended repair time. I always trust Joe- and quite frankly, his professionalism, genuine nature, and work ethic set him apart from the rest in the field!

I feel bad saying this but Jacky is lacking customer service skills. He talks and talks to explain a problem or how they fixed a problem until he’s gone in so many circles your lost. I’ve always taken my VWs to darlings, however when picking up my vehicle the gentleman today was super! Very personable. I could understand exactly what he was saying. He seemed genuine. I wish I had gotten his name He said he was covering Jacky for a few hours.

I had more interaction with the young gentleman who greeted me and took the paper tags off my keys/ mirror than David. Both pleasant, but that kid made my experience today, want to give credit where credit is due. Thank you!

When picking up my car the gentleman that checked me out noticed the vehicle hadn't been washed as indicated on the paperwork, so he asked if I could wait 10 minutes & he would get it washed - which he did. That attention to detail is greatly appreciated & his willingness to see that it was done right & to do it himself was great customer service.
