Jacky is so great at what he does and I can tell he truly cares about my vehicle and my satisfaction with Darlings. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Always very prompt and responsive . I can’t say enough nice things about him. He is always so pleasant to deal with.

I thought Kat was one of the best dealer service people with whom I have ever worked. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a simple service visit, but she was great. Car dealers and staff sometimes reflect a salesy/dealmaking, adversarial culture. Her approach was the opposite and I appreciated it. Please positively reinforce that with her. Thank you.

Eric was very personable and answered all my questions. He’s a very nice young man and I’m sure a valuable employee for Darlings. I’m a divorced woman and really rely on Darlings to let me know when my vehicle needs repairs. Eric did that today and he explained the issues that need to be addressed and already had a plan to address them. I appreciated his effort to explain everything to my understanding. I definitely will let others know the great service I get from Darlings. Thank you and thank Eric for me. ????
