You didn’t fix the problem. You turned off the check engine light. But something is wrong with the transmission and you didn’t do anything about it

Horrible experience! Serviced car for a spark plug/coil pack and cam cover leak. Spent 4,700 and had to bring the car back 3 times and ended up getting the car towed to another mechanic because now I need a new engine! Very dishonest and took advantage of me. I will never ever bring my car back to Audi in Orland! Manager won’t even give me a refund! I will be calling the corporate office to put a formal complaint in with them. Nobody should have to go through this.

I didn’t mind waiting to get my car serviced but I waited 45 minutes while the car was finished and nobody told me. They new I was there.
