I thought the labor charge was high. First, the bill does not specify the labor charges. Second, when I asked for more information I was given the hours spent which were slightly greater than the time that lapsed from when I dropped off the car until I was informed that the work was done. The first point, the lack of information as to the labor charges reflects poorly on the management. If there is a fixed charge for piece work rather than time specify it
