James is a fantastic contact person and a true asset to the Audi team. I would however like to mention that I waited four hours at the dealership in Lakeland, FL just to find out I needed new tires. I understand that staffing has been a problem for many businesses but there needs to be an initial assessment of each vehicle that comes in before beginning to work on it to allow each customer to decide whether it would be worth it to stay and wait or come back at a later time.

I was charged $600 for a simple diagnosis which would cost over $2,200 for my air conditioning. The service valves were left off my air conditioning unit and some damage was done to my passenger seat and the service department did not fess up to either of those issues I brought to their attention

It took two full hours to do a simple oil change and wash.Had I appointments to fulfill,it would have damaged my schedule.Sorry.The explanation given was not convincing.

I came in for servicing a flat tire replacement for 4 hours, and the service was not completed due to a warranty approval process delay. So I had to retrieve my vehicle and take it to another dealership tomorrow closer to my home.

I’ve have been loyal Audi customers for the past 5 years and this is the only time we haven’t been treated with excellence at your dealership. We needed a new key for our car and they questioned us and never called us when it came in. We had to track it down and then it wasn’t the right cut key so we had to wait an additional 5days with out our car. No discount was given no rental was given and we were shocked that Audi would give subpar service like this. We love our car we live Audi Lakeland but the parts department failed us.
