Jeff was very courteous, efficient and helpful. He let us know about our accumulation of Ford Pass Rewards to be used towards today’s maintenance. We really appreciated this, and can honestly say we had a great experience with Jeff and the entire Service Dept. at Darlings. My wife and I both give them 5 out of 5 stars!!!

I was charged $175 for your shop looking at a muffler leak I had pointed out. They looked, decided they could not fix it and send me to MIDAS. MIDAS in turn fixed the leak within one day and never charged me an inspection fee... This is different from all the good service my many VW's received in the past years - a disappointing first.

Unfortunately, I was not provided any updates on my vehicle repairs. I received text messages "not to worry we'll update you on the status of your vehicle repairs". It wasn't until I called and found out the service team was waiting on parts. No one updated me on the cost for repairs etc. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time Morton Grove location has disappointed me.

Gary Downey is the best, most friendly and professional service professional I have ever had with any car/dealership. He has helped us during several routine maintenance and recall visits and has always gone out of his way to ensure that we understand the services provided. We bought used Q3 in October 2021. I was disappointed that first service cost over $1,000, effectively increasing our purchase price. Then I was told car would be ready by 1:00 pm, got a call saying would take longer. Got second call saying would be ready at 4:00, showed up then and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Not the best first service experience.
