I was in Lakeland, Fla on business my Audi A6 was having break problems. Although, I was not prepared to pay for repairs the service made it so much better. Hats off to Gary. When I arrived and and realized Gary was going to be my advisor I shared with him that I had read all the reviews of the dealership and his name was mentioned several times. I said to Gary, getting him lifted my anxiety since I knew I would be well taken care of. Gary was truly very helpful and very informative. Since COVID19 it’s been very hard to get exceptional service. But Lakeland Florida Audi dealership surpassed my expectations. Thank you Gary in particular for making a difficult situation a lot less stressful.

Your team Was so accommodating. I've got a flat tire about 3 miles before the exit and when I got off the exit and pulled in I saw the Ford sign it was instantly happy. I walked in and you're the workers and so we helped me it was amazing.

My truck has been there 3 times for the same issue. Each time requires almost 3 hours of round trip driving, the loss of time and cost of gas and it's still not fixed!
I'm out of state again without the entertainment system working and often the GPS doesn't work as well. Not to mention hardly ever having traffic and weather data while traveling.
I still haven't heard back (it's been a week and half) about when I should bring it back to hopefully be repaired.
I'm NOT a happy camper!

It’s hard to get through to make an appointment. Then another month before you could look at it. Once I got it in the service and people I dealt were great. Don’t think it’s good to drive around for a month with check engine light on.
