William has always been very pleasant and accommodating over the past few years…I have no problem with his customer service. At my appointment today, I was disappointed to hear that Darling’s does not honor some of the Audi factory email discount offers that are sent to me, specifically in this case, discount code 22NP2A. I’m at the point now where I’m questioning why I purchase my Audi vehicles from Darling’s.

Jacob was great with assisting us with our service at Darlings. I was unsatisfied with the Grease that was on the interior of my driver’s side door which I had to scrub clean. The inspection sticker glue was smeared on the windshield from removing the old one and wasn’t cleaned and the new sticker was placed uneven (not level) on the windshield. I appreciate cleanliness and attention to details on my vehicle. I hope this helps for your customer service department. Thank you, Storm G
