First I would love to express the amount of professionalism that your maint. Team member Simeon provided and the amount of care your entire team showed in making me, my car and my feeling comfortable while having my car serviced in Morton Grove.

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30am. I arrived 10 mins. early.
I left at 2:40 in the afternoon. I needed winter tires swapped onto car which are already mounted on rims. I requested the tire swap, oil change and an alignment. 5hrs at your facility was way too long for this service that was supposed to be scheduled. Jacob did discount some of the service, however, 5hrs is far too long.
