Tony is a very personable young man and takes his job seriously. He is very pleasant to deal with and listens closely to you when you are speaking with him. He wants to make sure he is getting it right. That is pretty uncommon in this day and time. He also gave me a call back a day or 2 later to make sure that everything was going well with no additional issues. That has never happened before. He has an A+ in my opinion. Thank you!

My service person, William, did not call me back when he said he would at least 3 times. I always gave him a day or two and I had to call him. He was a little sarcastic at one point after I told him that he didn’t call me back when he said he would.

Arameh was great as a service advisor. We have bought and serviced many cars for many years @ McGrath. The interactions this time leading up to the final service for this issue were less than my expectations of McGrath, or any service department. If someone would like to contact me regarding the issues I can be reached @ ****-****-xxxx. Once again, though, Arameh provided excellent service-prompt, thorough, professional & informed!
