Dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change. Audi ordered an uber for me, which ended up getting lost to pick me up, making me extremely late for work. Meanwhile, there were plenty of loaner cars available, but me dropping my car off for service didn't qualify me as being provided a loaner vehicle for the day. There was no sign of empathy in the inconvenience that I faced that day from any of the employees when I mentioned that this caused me to be late for work. The cost for an oil change has gotten ridiculous as well.

I have brought my vehicle to your service department 3 times and I find the energy in your facility to be very negative. Although your staff is professional, the greeting can be more friendly i.e. smile more. The attitude toward staff members is very hostile toward each other. From my observation there is no team player mentality between colleagues.

Thank you for services on my Ford Escape. It's been running like a new car. Every one did an excellent job. Putting the stickers on my licence plates, washing the inside of the front Windshield, I couldn't reach the inside. Also the State Inspection, and Transmission recall was done. Washed under the car.
