Every time my vehicle has been serviced, I must request for it to be washed. I didn’t have the time this time to wait so I didn’t bother asking. Additionally, after having my vehicle in for servicing for a month, I now have to bring the vehicle back because the service job is yet incomplete. The vehicle was due for an oil change at the time the vehicle was dropped off… (it was short by a few hundred miles - however definitely receiving alerts the dashboard at the time of service) after such an extensive delay in service I surely didn’t expect to get my vehicle back and have to come back immediately and not wait for an opening to complete the service that should have already been completed. Totally frustrating and a total infringement on my time.

Informed by William O'rourke to pay $ 90 for oil change because I only did 3000 miles. I refused. Did not get computer printout what was done to my car.
