We brought the vehicle back as the steering feels stiff compared to prior to the issue which caused the steering to fail. A squealing noise can be heard when steering the vehicle as well. We showed this to a service employee. We left the vehicle with the service department as we feel the issue has not been resolved.

Did a factory upgrade to my rear camera and related issues, up to now nothing is reliable. Check back in 10 days and I may say nothing still works!

Good Job (as always): repair was done correctly the first time, we were able to drop the Explorer off the night before and Jeff was there until 6 to assist.
