I asked that the key be left in my car so I could pick it up this weekend. Guess what I found tonight? A locked vehicle in your parking lot with no key. Really annoying and frustrating.

Jaylene has great. I was given misinformation when I set up the appointment. The service took 5 hours when I was told 60 to 90 minutes. Tonight, the tire pressure warning like is coming on.

Simon was great, and so was jaylene, who helped in the end when Simon was **** on a phone call. But I was disappointed that what was supposed to be a one hour service job took 2 hours, so I ended up waiting for much longer than I anticipated.

As always, the service experience at McGrath from beginning to end is the standard that others should attempt to achieve. I have been asked many times why I continue to take our cars to McGrath even after the warranties are long expired. My simple answer is our trust has been earned many times over.
